Report an Auto Claim 24/7/365

Get a jump on your claim. Send information about an auto accident, or any damage to your vehicle, directly to us any time of the day or night. With the app, you can:

  • Choose the vehicle from a list of those on your policy
  • Highlight the damage using an easy touch screen
  • Upload photos of the damage
  • Exchange insurance information with involved parties
  • Submit the information to us and instantly receive confirmation of receipt and a claim reference number

Schedule Glass Repair

  • If you've got a cracked or broken windshield, you can use the app to easily schedule an appointment at a glass repair shop, or have someone come to you

Check Your Coverage if You've Had a Mechanical Breakdown and Need a Tow

  • Towing & Labor coverage includes six different emergency roadside assistance services – including towing for mechanical breakdowns. An easy coverage check will show you if towing for mechanical breakdown is included on your policy. If so, you can tap the roadside assistance services number and be connected to a dispatch center staffed around the clock.

  • Here's an easy way to find a rental car location – use the app to locate nearby Enterprise Rent-A-Car® facilities. Just tap the "Other Services" section on the home page to find the locator.

Get Charged

  • If you have an electric vehicle, you know how important it is to have a place to plug in. Use the "Other Services" portion of the app to locate electric vehicle charging stations.

If you already have a self-service account with Electric Insurance Company's® Self-Service Center, your user name and password for this application are identical. Just use them to log on to the app.

Sign Up & Log On

If you have never used the Self-Service Center, follow these simple steps to create a user name and password.

  • Tap the "Sign Up" button at the top of the login screen.
  • Enter any of your Electric Insurance policy numbers.
  • Input your last name and tap the "Next" button.
  • Select the policy type associated with the policy number you entered.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Enter your billing ZIP code and tap the "Next" button.
  • Create and enter a 6-10 character user name.
  • Create and enter a 6-25 character password and tap the "Next" button.
  • A summary screen will appear.
  • Tap "Submit" to register.
  • Tap "Cancel" if you want to start over.

You will be redirected to the log in screen and be able to log in.

Using the App – FAQs

How do I report an auto claim?

  • Select "Report an Auto Claim" from the home screen.
  • Log in to the application if you haven't already.
  • Tap the "Vehicle" section on the "Report an Auto Claim" screen and enter the information. You will automatically advance through each step of the process.
  • The information you enter here helps us process your claim faster. If you don't have all the information handy, don't worry, we'll obtain it when we contact you.
  • Once you have tapped "Submit" at the end of the process, a claims summary screen will appear.
  • You will next receive email confirmation of your submission with additional information.
  • An adjuster assigned to you will be in touch during our regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (ET), Monday - Friday.

How do I report a non-auto claim?

Call us anytime – claim reporting is available 24/7/365. Just call us at 800.227.2757 and select Option 1. Our award-winning Claims team is available to assist you with an existing claim from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (ET), Monday - Friday.

How do I check to see if I have rental car coverage?

  • Log in to the application.
  • The "My Account Info" screen will appear.
  • Tap "Get My Policy Info."
  • The "My Insurance Info" screen will indicate if you have Rental Car Coverage. Please make sure you're reviewing the information for the correct vehicle. You may not have this coverage on every vehicle on your policy.

How do I check to see if I am covered for emergency roadside assistance services?

  • Log in to the application.
  • The "My Account Info" screen will appear.
  • Tap "Get My Policy Info."
  • The "My Insurance Info" screen will indicate if you have Towing & Labor Coverage with Emergency Roadside Assistance Services. Please make sure you're reviewing the information for the correct vehicle. You may not have this coverage on every vehicle on your policy.

What security procedures do you follow?

The information you enter will be sent to Electric Insurance Company using secure end-to-end encryption.
